Dates and Cost

Dates: Word in the Street Urban Mission is Sunday, June 17 – Saturday, June 23, 2012.

All missionaries need to arrive at Base Camp (Our Lady of the Holy Spirt Center) by 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 17, 2012. Our last event will conclude Saturday June 23, 2012 at noon.

Cost for: Word in the Street is $300.00 per attendee.

This fee covers lodging at base camp, all meals, recreation cost, mission t-shirt, training materials, supplies for the day camp, transportation costs (daily round trip service from base camp to mission field), and other expenses.

Some limited financial scholarship funds may be available. Contact us directly for more information.

$25 non-refundable deposit must be sent along with your application by April 1st. The balance of the camp fee must be received by Word in the Street Urban Mission at least two weeks prior to camp.

APPLICATION PROCESS: Applications will be reviewed as they are received; an acceptance packet with specific mission trip information will be sent to the applicant. The $25.00 non-refundable deposit will be needed to reserve a space.

Space availability is limited and will be filled as non-refundable $25.00 deposits are received on a first come, first serve basis.
